Mitolo Family Farms in Adelaide seeks an Integrated Business Planning Manager to lead demand, supply and commercial planning across the organisation. You will align finance, sales, marketing, farms and production/packing to optimise the S&OE and S&OP cycles.

You will bring together sales demand with farm supply season plans and site operations, steering weekly and monthly processes while highlighting priorities and deadlines.

Formación

• Led integrated business planning in a complex, multi-segment manufacturing or FMCG business.
• Turn large data sets into clear insights and recommendations for senior audiences.
• Forecast demand and assess resources to meet objectives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Forecast demand and assess whether resources and capacity meet objectives.
• Identify and anticipate risks such as labour shortages, downtime, budget constraints or supply delays.
• Run monthly and weekly IBP cycles with aligned business units.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive improvement and faster, better-informed decisions.
• Lead continuous improvement in process and systems; benchmark best practices.
• Escalate imbalances and close gaps to Executive leadership and S&OP.
• Identify EBITDA risks and opportunities from demand, sales, supply, inventory and HR with finance.
• Incorporate demand plans into production and capacity planning to ensure DIFOT.
