Barry Nilsson in Perth is seeking an Associate to join our Insurance & Health practice for professional indemnity matters. You will work with a team of specialists led by Cameron Maclean.

Candidates will have 1-4 years PAE in defendant insurance, strong client relationships, and the ability to manage files independently. We offer mentorship, flexible working, and a supportive culture.

About the Role

An engaging opportunity awaits you as an Associate in our insurance team in Perth. We have rewarding work on offer in the general insurance space, focusing on professional indemnity matters[IB1]. You’ll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headed up by Cameron Maclean – a principal committed to empowering you and your career progression.

About You

• you are an experienced practitioner with 1-4years PAE (Solicitor/Associate) in the defendant insurance space with a focus on professional indemnity;
• you can efficiently manage your own file load;
• you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
• you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
