This is a great opportunity for an Insurance or Commercial Litigation Lawyer / Associate to join one of Adelaide’s largest and most respected insurance teams.

Lawyers and Associates here are supported to build deep expertise across a broad range of industries and claims. The team structure means you’ll be exposed to a diverse and technically rich practice, working across multiple lines of insurance law — including medical negligence, public liability, professional indemnity, general liability, and property.

You’ll have a broad litigation practice, handling complex and high-value disputes involving multiple parties and jurisdictions, and you’ll have the opportunity to appear in the Coroner’s Court, District Court, Supreme Court, and Federal jurisdictions.

Led by multiple Partners, the team offers access to varied leadership styles and high-quality mentoring — ideal for someone who wants to keep developing across different areas of insurance law.

You’ll also be part of a strong peer group of Associates in Adelaide, with a genuinely collegiate, collaborative team culture. The firm offers true flexibility and a balanced approach to workload, with trust in senior lawyers to manage their time in a way that works for them.

This role would suit an Insurance or Commercial Litigation Lawyer with 2–5 years’ PAE who’s looking to deepen their technical skills, take on varied and challenging matters, and be part of a stable, well-supported team.
