Qualifications

• Legal/Personal Assistant experience with excellent communication and diary management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Word and formatting is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior administrative support to the Perth Insurance Law team.
• Manage extensive diary and schedule appointments.
• Organise domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Prepare and reconcile expenses.
• Liaise with clients and manage file opening/closing.
• Draft and format legal documents.
• Support events and functions as needed.
• Handle file management and general PA duties.
• Support team with ad-hoc tasks as required.
