Job summary

TBuild QLD Pty Ltd in Canungra, QLD is seeking an experienced Assessor/Estimator to join our team. You will focus on insurance assessments and estimating, working with insurers and internal teams to deliver accurate scopes and costings for high volumes of claims.

Responsibilities include attending sites, preparing scopes and estimates, identifying damage causes, liaising with stakeholders, uploading reports to Prime/ENData, and ensuring reports meet KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance building/assessing/estimating (essential).
• Strong estimating and scoping ability.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator.
• Trade background highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Attend sites to complete insurance assessments and damage reports.
• Prepare detailed scopes of works and estimates.
• Identify cause of damage and required rectification works.
• Liaise with insurers, owners and internal team.
• Upload reports and documentation via platforms such as Prime and ENData.
• Assist with project handover to supervisors for delivery.
• Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and within KPI's.
