Wood is recruiting an Instrumentation & Electrical Planner to join the team in Brisbane on a permanent basis. The role supports the Lead Planner with developing and implementing planning and quality processes, and will manage scoping, estimating, planning and scheduling for Electrical & Instrumentation work at the Lytton Refinery.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in a related role, a degree or diploma in Engineering, and CMMS familiarity with SAP or Primavera.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a similar planning role within oil/gas, refining, or process industry.
• Trade qualification or Engineering degree/diploma.
• CMMS experience (SAP, Primavera) is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain detailed E&I work plans for refinery projects.
• Screen daily notifications and create work orders.
• Conduct field inspections to develop detailed scope of work.
• Ensure work order quality, reserve materials, and allocate resources.
• Maintain statutory compliance and preventative maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance and operations teams to prioritise work.
• Attend and chair weekly planning meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the work management process.
