Seven Consulting is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to work with our Change Management team on client projects in Sydney. You will independently manage the end-to-end design of learning materials and ensure learning solutions meet project goals.
The role requires 3–5 years in instructional design, a related degree, proficiency with LMS and tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline or Captivate), and strong communication skills.

As an Instructional Designer, you will work directly with our clients and Change Management team to deliver high quality outcomes.
