Job summary

Red Bend Catholic College Forbes invites Expressions of Interest from dynamic teachers to join our Marist Catholic community. The KLA list includes Mathematics, Science, HSIE, Languages - French, and TAS subjects with training and collaboration across a rural campus.

Applicants should hold a NSW- recognised Bachelor degree, be accredited or eligible for NESA accreditation, have a current Working with Children Check, and demonstrate passion for teaching within our ethos.

Qualifications

• Be accredited by NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) (or be eligible for said NESA accreditation).
• Have tertiary educational qualifications at Bachelor degree level or higher recognised by NESA.
• Demonstrated teaching experience in a secondary school.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Support the Catholic Ethos and Marist/Mercy Charism of the College.

Responsibilities

• Deliver secondary teaching across KLA areas listed (Mathematics, Science, HSIE, Languages - French, TAS).
• Demonstrate planning and presentation of prescribed curricula using varied teaching techniques.
• Contribute to a safe, caring and supportive work environment and to the school community.
