Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in secondary education and curriculum delivery.
• Commitment to student wellbeing, engagement, and achievement.
• Sound knowledge of Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with digital technologies to enhance learning.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willing to obtain.
• QCT registration eligibility and child safeguarding responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned learning across secondary year levels.
• Foster inclusive, high-performing classroom environment.
• Assess, monitor, and report student progress with timely feedback.
• Build positive relationships with students, families and staff.
• Contribute to pastoral care, co-curricular, and community programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practice.
• Integrate technologies and evidence-based pedagogies to maximise outcomes.
