Job summary

St Joseph's Catholic Primary School, Molong is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a temporary full-time role commencing 28 January 2027 through 28 January 2028. The salary ranges from $90,177 to $137,861 and includes access to Fitness Passport and salary packaging.

As part of Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst, the successful candidate will integrate Catholic teachings, foster student growth, differentiate learning, and contribute to co-curricular life while upholding NSW teaching

Qualifications

Hold relevant tertiary qualifications and NESA accreditation to teach in NSW.
Experience and proven record in effective classroom teaching.
Advanced understanding of contemporary teaching and learning practices.
Ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students.
Willingness to contribute to co-curricular life of the school including coaching sports and attending camps/retreats.
Strong professional and personal example for students.

Responsibilities

Support and enrich the sacramental, liturgical, and prayer life of the school.
Foster positive relationships to support spiritual, moral, and academic development.
Create a learner-centred, inclusive classroom aligned with curriculum policies.
Use assessment data to tailor support and improve student growth.
