Job summary

TAFE NSW invites applications for a part-time Educator in Health Aged Care & Nursing at the Taree campus. You will deliver programs, mentor students, and help them achieve strong outcomes through hands-on teaching and industry-aligned learning.

The role is 3 days per week with flexibility in days, requiring current nursing registration and VET teaching qualifications. Travel between delivery locations may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing (minimum) or equivalent qualification and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Evidence of holding the appropriate teaching qualifications to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). See candidate support document for details.
• Willingness to travel across delivery locations as required by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational programs and facilitate learning for Health Aged Care & Nursing students.
• Mentor and support students to achieve best outcomes in a VET environment.
• Collaborate with industry and campus teams to ensure delivery quality and currency.
