G8 Education Ltd is seeking a Centre Manager for Roscoe Avenue Children's Centre, a 65-place facility. You will lead daily operations, mentor educators, design age-appropriate activities, and ensure top-tier safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare centre.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations, including staffing and budgets.
• Coach and support Educators and Teachers through mentoring.
• Plan engaging activities for holistic child development.
• Prioritise safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies.
