Job summary

SchoolHouse is partnering with Independent Schools across Australia to fill multiple Primary and Secondary Teaching and Leadership vacancies in the Canberra region. We are seeking graduates and experienced teachers in Mathematics, English, Science, HSIE, PDHPE, TAS, Digital Technologies and Primary & Early Childhood Education, PreK-6.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Education, ACT TQI registration and WWVP, be able to work in a collaborative Catholic-school setting, and have working rights

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education).
• Current ACT Teacher Quality Institute and WWVP Registration (or eligibility to gain).
• Appropriate qualifications and experience teaching subjects listed above.
• Motivation and a passion to work with and support young people on their journey through secondary education.
• Enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability and desire to actively support the values and ethos of a Catholic school.
• Working Rights for Australia (or eligible to gain).
