Job summary

SRG Global is seeking skilled and certified AICIP/API Inspectors for a permanent full-time role based in Smithfield, NSW. You will perform inspections on pressure equipment and piping to ensure safety and client standards.

The position involves in-service inspections, report preparation, travel to sites, and a commitment to safety. API510/API570 familiarity highly regarded and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Certified inspector with API 510/570 experience preferred.
• Ability to perform in-service inspections on boilers, vessels, piping and storage tanks.
• Strong reporting, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-service inspection of pressure equipment including boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping and storage tanks.
• Prepare inspection reports to client requirements.
• Assess corrosion, equipment condition and remaining service life.

We are expanding our team and seeking skilled and certified AICIP/API Inspectors to join our dynamic team on aPermanent Full-Time basislocated in regional Smithfield, NSW.

This role will see you responsible for performing inspections on pressure equipment and piping systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing in-service inspection of pressure equipment including boilers, pressure vessels, pressure piping and storage tanks
• Preparing reports for the inspections performed on such equipment to the applicable client requirements
• Assess corrosion rates, equipment condition and remaining service life
• Ability to work independently and travel to site when required
• Excellent attention to detail and safety-first mindset

The successful applicant will ideally have

• API510 and API570 highly regarded
• Excellent reporting, communication and problem solving skills
• Strong understanding of pressure vessels, piping and storage tank compliance requirements
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol screen
