Job summary

LMG Insurance is seeking a Research Analyst in Melbourne to provide analytical support for Enterprise Business Process Solutions. You will collect, validate, and report data, building dashboards and presenting insights to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and up to 3 years in analytics/advisory, with strong Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint skills, plus knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, Python or Databricks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and strong analytical capabilities.
• Experience in analytics/advisory/consulting is valued, IT/BPO exposure desirable.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint is essential.
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, Python or Databricks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and provide recommendations influencing Enterprise BPS strategies.
• Present analyses clearly to influence stakeholders with data visuals and client-ready presentations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on IT/BPO industry trends and benchmarks.
• Lead project workstreams and manage varying complexity across initiatives.
• Synthesize large datasets to deliver actionable insights and dashboards for monitoring metrics.
• Develop dashboards to support operational and spend metrics with minimal guidance.
• Assist in maintaining and improving the reporting infrastructure and data sources.
• Collaborate with data providers and business partners to share expertise and insights.
