Job summary

Talent is seeking an Inside Sales Team Leader for a Western Sydney role that blends coaching with hands-on customer activity. You will manage a graduate initially, expand the team, and focus on qualifying warm leads, pipeline progression, and opportunities in HubSpot.

You’ll work closely with Marketing on campaigns, stay current with evolving products, and help drive Australian and NZ sales targets in a fast-paced, AI‑driven software environment.

Qualifications

• Strong inside sales, lead and pipeline management experience.
• Experience leading a small team or coaching capable of leadership.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Experience in software, SaaS or a subscription-based business is highly regarded.
• Ability to balance coaching with personal sales targets.
• High energy and consistent outbound activity.
• Customer-focused with a genuine interest in helping customers.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced business with changing roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Coach, support and develop a growing Inside Sales team.
• Qualify approximately five to seven warm leads each week.
• Manage sales pipelines, follow-ups and opportunities through HubSpot.
• Contact customers following EDM and broader marketing campaigns.
• Maintain consistent outbound activity while managing more complex deals.
• Stay across evolving products, technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute towards team, Australian and New Zealand sales targets.
