Job summary

CSR is seeking a sales-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our National Hardware team and drive growth across leading hardware customers in Australia. You’ll manage opportunities from enquiry through quotation, follow-up and conversion, working with our National Hardware team and regional Account Managers to expand CSR’s footprint.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers’ sales teams, understand their needs, and coordinate support across CSR’s product portfolio to win more

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, inside sales, account management or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging customers over the phone.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and their sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers and their sales teams to identify new opportunities.
• Follow up quotations, projects and sales leads to drive conversion.
• Build relationships across our national hardware customer network.
• Identify opportunities to grow CSR's product portfolio within customers.
• Promote relevant CSR products, solutions, campaigns and new product opportunities.
• Re-engage customers and sales teams to generate additional business.
• Capture customer, competitor and market insights to support our sales strategy.
