Job summary

SHK Asia Pacific is seeking an Analyst, Innovation & Strategy in Melbourne to support delivery of the organisation's innovation agenda and strategic initiatives. You will design, develop and implement analytics, AI and decision-support solutions, including prototypes and dashboards, that leverage data to improve decision making and client outcomes.

Working across business units, you will coordinate projects, track benefits, and contribute to change management and capability uplift in analytics

Qualifications

• You have implemented innovation, business improvement, analytics or strategic initiatives that delivered measurable business outcomes.
• You design and build dashboards, analytical tools, prototypes or decision-support applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement analytics, AI and decision-support solutions, including prototypes and dashboards.
• Embed solutions across the organisation and monitor adoption, utilisation and benefits.
• Coordinate project activity, maintain project plans and schedules, and support change management and adoption planning.
• Contribute to capability uplift in analytics and project delivery through training and knowledge sharing.
