Job summary

Health Partners Limited is seeking an Innovation Lead for a two-year fixed-term opportunity to shape member experiences. This hands-on role blends creativity, experimentation and commercial thinking within our Digital & Customer Experience team.

You’ll design, test and pilot new services that keep members healthier, more engaged and connected with Health Partners, while building tools and playbooks to accelerate future innovation.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering end-to-end services or customer propositions.
Strong capability in service design and human-centred design.
Experience running pilots, MVPs or experimentation programs with measurable outcomes.
Ability to influence and bring diverse stakeholders together to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver member-centred services from concept through pilot and recommendation.
Run experiments and pilots with clear success measures and evidence-based outcomes.
Collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Health Programs, Data and Risk teams to bring ideas to life.
Balance innovation with member trust, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.
Build repeatable frameworks, tools and playbooks to speed future ideas.
