You'll perform general cleaning of offices and shared areas, bathrooms, kitchens and workplaces, with duties like vacuuming, mopping and rubbish removal. Prior cleaning experience is valued, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, aged care or industrial cleaning is valued.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to follow safety procedures and site requirements; police checks may be required.

Bayton is currently seeking reliable, hardworking and motivated Cleaners to join our growing team across a range of aged care, commercial and facility services sites throughout Sydney's Inner West.

We have opportunities available across a variety of environments and are looking for people who take pride in their work and are committed to maintaining clean, safe and welcoming spaces.

Positions Available:

• Full-Time - Monday to Friday 7:00AM - 3:06PM
• Casual - Weekend and fill-in shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning of offices, common areas, amenities and shared spaces
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas and workspaces
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping and dusting
• Rubbish removal and restocking of consumables
• Maintaining cleanliness in communal and high-traffic areas
• Following workplace safety, hygiene and site-specific procedures
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Assisting with additional cleaning duties as required

About You:

• Previous commercial, aged care or industrial cleaning experience is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to follow safety procedures and site requirements
• National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and influenza vaccination may be required for some sites
