Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Sales Specialist, Infusion Therapy & Platforms, to drive sales growth and educate healthcare professionals across Queensland. You will partner with clinicians, nursing teams, pharmacists, and procurement leaders to deliver advanced infusion solutions and improve patient care.

This highly visible role requires building trusted relationships, managing a broad portfolio of products and services, and traveling to hospitals to meet customers’ needs.

Qualifications

• Proven sales/account management in healthcare/ pharma.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify incremental business opportunities and develop strategies.
• Establish relationships with clinical and management staff and provide excellent service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate in territory management with Regional Sales Manager and Marketing teams.
• Provide market information to understand the marketplace.
• Coordinate education and training during trials and implementations of Baxter products.
• Support product life cycle from implementation to ongoing aftercare.
