Job summary

TasNetworks is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex distribution projects from initiation through to completion in Tasmania. You will balance scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality to achieve safe, efficient delivery aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate across technical, operational and commercial teams, oversee performance, manage delivery risks and drive improvements in project outcomes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a field related to project management, engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• Proven track record delivering infrastructure, utilities or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex customer-initiated distribution projects from planning to completion.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality to meet safety and budget targets.
• Establish and monitor project controls; forecast expenditure and manage changes.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and service providers to maintain progress.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, regulatory and organisational requirements.
