Pacific National in Brisbane seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead delivery of nationwide infrastructure projects. You will drive planning, budgeting and safety compliance while coordinating civil, pavements, buildings and electrical works.

The role requires on-site leadership, risk management and proactive stakeholder engagement to meet deadlines and quality targets. Applicants should have a relevant engineering or construction management degree and 2–10 years PM experience, with

Competenze

• Relevant Australian project management qualifications (CPPM or PMP).
• Engineering, construction management degree or equivalent.
• 2–10 years in infrastructure or construction PM with client-facing experience.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and risk for infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of WHS, rail safety and Australian Standards.

• Lead planning through delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality.
• Develop plans: scope, schedules, budgets, tenders, resources and milestones.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams across civil, pavements, buildings and electrical works.
• Monitor progress, risks and defects; implement corrective actions to meet objectives.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and contract performance with clear financial outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders and regulatory bodies; maintain on-site presence at key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, safety and quality management processes.
