Job summary

Cabrini Health in Melbourne seeks an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead our technology infrastructure, spanning on-premise and cloud services. You will drive availability, security, and service delivery, partner with CIO and Tech Leadership, and guide a high-performing team to support patient-centred care.

This senior role focuses on governance, risk, and continuous improvement, with vendors and stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven infrastructure leadership experience in a complex enterprise environment, ideally healthcare or regulated sectors.
• Strong technical expertise across enterprise infrastructure including cloud, networks, servers, storage, databases, telephony and data centres.
• Service management capability with ITIL, DevOps and Agile practices.
• Experience in governance, cyber security, risk and compliance, with focus on secure services.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management, with communication at all levels.
• Commercial and transformation capability, including budget management and delivering tech transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the infrastructure team for collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and resilient infrastructure meeting service levels and disaster recovery needs.
• Oversee infrastructure lifecycle, maintenance, upgrades, and projects with IT service management practices.
• Provide strategic technology leadership to CIO and Technology Leadership Team on strategy, risks and opportunities.
• Build strong stakeholder and vendor partnerships for effective service delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Drive governance, risk, and financial management including security, documentation and budgets.
