Job summary

QIC is seeking a Graduate to join its Infrastructure team in Australia. You will work alongside seasoned investment professionals and gain exposure to live investments, transaction activity, asset management initiatives and industry research.

You'll receive mentorship and a buddy system to build commercial, analytical, and investment capabilities through hands-on experience in a globally active infrastructure investor.

Qualifications

• Recent graduates or final-year students in Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce or Law
• Interest in investing, infrastructure and financial markets
• Analytical mindset with strong numerical ability
• Clear communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Assisting with financial analysis and modelling
• Conducting market, economic and sector research
• Supporting investment due diligence activities
• Monitoring portfolio company performance and preparing insights
• Contributing to valuation, reporting and investment review processes
• Assisting with board and investment committee materials
• Building knowledge of the transport infrastructure sector and broader infrastructure markets
• Collaborating with colleagues across investment, legal, tax, reporting and risk functions
