Job summary

ACCIONA in Australia seeks a Design Coordinator to support multidisciplinary engineering designs across major infrastructure and energy projects. You will coordinate design inputs, manage interfaces, track deliverables and contribute to buildable solutions with the Design Manager and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates are engineers or designers with civil/structural backgrounds, proven design coordination experience, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive design delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in design, coordination, or project delivery.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary design teams on infrastructure/energy projects.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, deliverables, reviews and interfaces across major projects.
• Support design planning, programme management and design documentation processes.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure design requirements are met.
• Identify, manage and resolve design issues, risks and interfaces; maintain design registers and track progress.
