Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal Australia is expanding its Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory practice in Melbourne, seeking talented Senior Consultants and Managers to join our team on large, complex infrastructure programs. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in infrastructure advisory, project finance, commercial advisory, consulting, government, engineering, investment analysis or related fields
• Exposure to major infrastructure projects, capital programs or investment transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing financial models, business cases, commercial analysis or investment assessments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Curiosity, strong commercial acumen and a passion for infrastructure and nation-building projects
• Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, and a collaborative, proactive approach to problem solving

Responsibilities

• Contribute to strategic and commercial advisory engagements for major infrastructure projects.
• Build and analyse financial models to support investment decisions.
• Assist with market engagement activities and procurement submissions.
• Prepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior decision-makers.
• Participate in workshops, stakeholder consultations and project governance activities.
