Permanent Part-Time, 14 hours per week (Thursdays and Fridays)

Salary from $605.68 per week + 12% Superannuation

About the opportunity:

Council's GIS and Information Management Team has an exciting opportunity available to join the team!

The Information Management Officer position is offered as a permanent part time, job share arrangement. Reporting to the GIS and Information Management Coordinator you will provide efficient and effective information management services to Council and facilitate Council's corporate information flow.

To succeed in this position, you will meet the following criteria:
  • A minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in a records/information management environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in maintaining records using an electronic records and document management system.
  • Ability to provide professional advice and services to internal/external customers on matters which are typically straightforward/routine but from time to time may involve some complexity.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise, think and solve problems on a day to day basis.
