Job summary

Airswift seeks an experienced Information Management Services Coordinator to join Woodside's Digital team in Perth. The role focuses on coordinating information management services, governance initiatives, and uplift programs across the organisation.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, Digital Business Partners, platform teams and vendors to enhance information management, search capabilities and AI-enabled information solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have tertiary qualification in IT/IM/MIS or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating information-management uplift programs or service-delivery transformations.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology-enabled solutions.
• Strong engagement with stakeholders across all organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of information management services, uplift projects and service enhancements in line with business objectives.
• Partner with Digital Business Partners, stakeholders and vendors to gather requirements and support project delivery.
• Translate business needs into clear information management and technical requirements.
• Monitor, track, and manage delivery activities, risks, issues and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement of information management processes, search capabilities and AI-enabled tools.
• Support change management, training, communications and adoption activities.
• Monitor service performance and identify opportunities to improve governance outcomes.
• Assist with supplier and vendor engagement, including contract-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with information governance standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
