Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and strong communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop master data management solutions using Informatica MDM.
• Implement and configure Informatica MDM workflows and processes.
• Maintain and support existing MDM solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure solutions meet those needs.
• Collaborate with data governance teams to establish and enforce data management policies.
• Perform data quality assessments and implement data cleansing processes.
• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across all systems and applications.
• Document MDM processes, configurations, and changes.
• Provide training and support to business users on MDM tools and best practices.
