Our approach involves delivering dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across social media channels such as TikTok and Instagram, with detailed analytics to measure impact.

Job Summary:

As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will manage our creators' careers, helping them grow their audiences and monetize their content. You will negotiate deals with brands and record labels, and develop content strategies for our clients using our in-house software and your expertise.

What You’ll Do:

1. Manage & Scale Creators: Oversee influencer portfolios, help talent grow their platform presence, and secure brand deals.
2. Talent Acquisition: Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers.
3. Foster Brand Relationships: Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to secure top talent for campaigns.
4. Strategic Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy and expand Grail’s talent roster.
5. Autonomous & Flexible Work: Work independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Familiar with TikTok and social media trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
