Latrobe Regional Health is looking for Infectious Diseases Advanced Trainee to join our growing team on a full time (1.0EFT) fixed term basis until 06 February 2028.
The Infectious Diseases Advanced Trainee is an integral member of the Infectious Diseases Unit, providing specialist consultative services to medical and surgical inpatients while supporting ambulatory and outpatient models of care. This accredited training position offers broad exposure to the full spectrum of infectious diseases practice, including complex inpatient management, Hospital in the Home services, outpatient clinics, public health activities and clinical research.
Working under the supervision of experienced Infectious Diseases physicians, the trainee contributes to high‑quality patient care, multidisciplinary collaboration, medical education and quality improvement initiatives while progressing advanced specialist training through the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).
