Dhelkaya Health is seeking an Infection Control Nurse to lead infection prevention initiatives, educate staff and promote immunisation programs while driving ongoing quality improvements. The role is part-time with guidance from the enterprise agreement and regional eligibility.

You will work closely with clinical teams to protect patient, resident and staff health, while adhering to vaccination policies and pre-employment checks.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
• Post Exposure Counselling certification or willingness to undertake.
• Current Nurse Immunisation Certification or willingness to undertake.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infection prevention initiatives to promote a safe healthcare environment.
• Provide staff education on infection control practices.
• Coordinate and support immunisation programs.
• Drive quality improvement activities within the facility.
