• Identify and secure Australian School Based Apprenticeships (ASBA), vocational training and work experience opportunities for students by connecting with employers, training providers and industry partners.
• Promote the school's technical model and apprenticeship pathways through marketing initiatives, information sessions and partnerships with schools, government, businesses and community organisations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers, training providers and apprenticeship support agencies to support students' career choices and transitions to employment.
• Coordinate work experience placements, student inductions and work readiness programs, including monitoring workplace progress, maintaining records and tracking vocational education and training outcomes in collaboration with the Senior Schooling team.
• Contribute to business planning, student recruitment, program reporting and continuous improvement, while providing support to industry partners and maintaining current knowledge of relevant apprenticeship legislation, policies and procedures.
