Job summary

NLH Workforce is seeking a trade qualified Tiler to perform industrial tiling on heavy equipment. You will cut ceramic tiles and adhere them on industrial surfaces within the Ceramics Team, with growth opportunities as you expand skills.

The role offers full-time hours, overtime opportunities, and a chance to secure a permanent position after six months. Competitive pay and a dynamic, growing industrial environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial tiling, ceramics, or a similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift ticket desirable.
• Tiling qualifications highly regarded.

The Company:

The Role:

Looking for a trade qualified Tiler ready to perform Industrial Tiling,you willwork closely within the Ceramics Team. The position's primary responsibilities will involve cutting ceramic tiles and adhering them in place on industrial equipment. The role will have a variety of tasks attached, giving the opportunity to grow your skill set.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately cut ceramic tiles to required specifications
• Use of cutting tools
• Safely apply adhesives and secure tiles in position
• Apply wear resistant linings
• SOPs in place to assist your tasks
• Collaborate with the team for efficient workflow and project completion

Shifts:

• Hours: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Early knock off on Fridays!
• Full-time hours with some overtime opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in industrial tiling, ceramics, or a similar field
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Forklift ticket not required, but highly desirable.
• Tiling qualifications highly regarded
