United Workers Union in Adelaide is seeking a passionate Industrial Officer to advance the rights of UWU members. You will provide expert industrial advice, represent members in courts and tribunals, negotiate enterprise agreements, and work with Organisers to develop strategy.

This role offers extensive training, potential for career development, and is suitable for a law graduate or lawyer moving into employment law; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Formación

• Bachelor of Laws required.
• Eligible to work in Australia; right to work confirmed
• Practicing certificate desirable (not essential)

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert industrial advice and advocacy for members.
• Represent members in courts and tribunals across Australia.
• Negotiate enterprise agreements on behalf of members.
• Work with Organisers to develop industrial strategies.
• Shape campaigns and enforce workplace rights to achieve better outcomes.
• Maintain and expand industrial knowledge across UWU industries.
