Job summary

Candidates should hold NSW Electrical Licence, White Card, and have hands-on experience reading drawings, fault finding, and installing switchboards. Own tools and transport are required; opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician with NSW Electrical License and White Card.
• Experience on industrial sites and with safety protocols.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with motors, VSDs, PLCs and switchboards.
• Own tools, transport and a professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Work on industrial electrical installations across Sydney.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Fault find and troubleshoot electrical systems autonomously.
• Install and commission switchboards and control panels.
• Maintain safety practices and site housekeeping.

Industrial Electricians and Switchboard Builders - Long Term Position

Our client is looking for experienced licensed Industrial Electrician's and Switchboard Builders to join their growing team to assist with projects across Sydney, primarily in the food and beverage manufacturing industry. We also invite electricians not experienced in the industrial field but are interested in learning to apply.

Skills and Experience:

Experience with industrial sites and their safety protocol

Ability to read and understand Electrical Drawings and Schematics

Ability to fault find and think critically

Experience with Motors, VSD's, PLC's and Switchboards

Experience with cable support systems

Ability to work autonomously

Own Vehicle and License

Own tools

Own Uniform

Qualifications:

NSW Electrical License

White Card

Tickets such as EWP, WAH, Confined Spaces and Hazardous Areas are highly regarded
