Job summary

JASE Electrical Industries – Smeaton Grange NSW is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team in Southwest Sydney. This full-time position supports operations and maintenance of our industrial facilities with both project and shift coverage.

You will perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, troubleshoot issues, and assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment. A strong safety focus and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

Qualified Electrician with a current Electrician's License.
Experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of schematics, and control systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and control equipment.
Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, and implement effective solutions.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed records of all electrical work performed.
Collaborate with other trades and departments to ensure efficient plant operations.
