Job summary

Duratec is seeking skilled industrial spray painters to support B&P teams on projects across Melbourne or Morwell. You will prepare surfaces, perform abrasive blasting, and apply protective coatings on industrial and commercial sites.

You will work Monday to Friday, 32–40 hours per week, with weekly pay and a daily travel allowance. A White Card, HR licence (desirable), and epoxy paint experience are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• White Card required on-site safety qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred (HR).
• Experience with epoxy paints like HBE-95 and Protal 7700 is advantageous.
• Experience on live gas pipeline projects and asbestos removal is desirable.
• Strong safety culture and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Industrial spray painting on projects across Melbourne or Morwell.
• Abrasive blasting operations.
• Protective coating applications on steel/concrete structures.
• Assist other teams where required to maintain project progress.
