Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in plant operations and maintenance for indoor environments.
• Ability to perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with repair of plant installations, containers, and equipment.
• Basic horticultural knowledge: plant species, soil, light, and watering needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care schedules safely.
• Good communication skills and client-focused approach.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move plants and equipment; stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between client locations in Sydney.

The role involves inspecting plant displays, performing routine maintenance, and completing repairs or replacements as needed to meet client standards. The Indoor Plant Technician will also communicate with clients regarding plant care, follow safety procedures, and maintain accurate records of services performed.
