Qualifications

• Hold current Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
• Hold a Bachelor of Education or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have relevant teaching experience and a strong understanding of Junior School pedagogy.
• Demonstrate the capacity to recognise and respond effectively to students' individual learning needs.

• Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging and appropriately differentiated learning experiences.

• Catering effectively for the learning needs of EAL students in mainstream classrooms.

Working closely with classroom teachers, the successfulcandidate will help identify and respond to students' individual learningneeds. They will plan and deliver appropriately differentiated learningexperiences, monitor student progress and work collaboratively with colleaguesand families to support positive learning and wellbeing outcomes.
