Job summary

Sydney Children's Hospitals Network seeks a National Indigenous Immunisation Research Fellow to work with NCIRS leadership, engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health sectors and stakeholders to raise immunisation uptake. The role uses epidemiology, data analysis, and community insights to shape policy and program delivery.

Qualifications

• Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander status is a genuine occupational qualification.
• Experience in immunisation policy and program delivery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with NCIRS leadership and engagements team to increase Indigenous immunisation uptake.
• Consult with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health sector and stakeholders.
• Inform vaccination policy development and program delivery across sectors.
• Support governance and leadership activities within NCIRS Indigenous Immunisation work.
