You will deliver high-level confidential administrative support to the Director and management team, and design administration systems to ensure efficient office management.

Qualifications

• Indigenous to Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Community (genuine occupational requirement).
• Vaccination evidence or ability to be vaccinated (Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis, Hepatitis B).
• TB screening as part of onboarding.
• Criminal History Screening required for new employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level confidential administrative support to the Director and management team.
• Design and implement administration systems to ensure efficient office management.
• Work with a high degree of autonomy, providing assistance and support.
• Prepare and coordinate payment for monthly or ad hoc invoices in accordance with policy and procedures.
