Job summary

Gold Coast Health is seeking a Business Support Officer (Identified - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) to support the Director and leadership team on the Gold Coast. The role focuses on confidential administrative tasks, system design, and autonomous office coordination to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience providing confidential administrative support to senior leaders and management.
• Ability to design and implement efficient administrative systems.
• Capacity to work with minimal supervision and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level confidential administrative support to the Director and management team.
• Design and implement administration systems to ensure efficient office management.
• Work with a high degree of autonomy, providing assistance and support.
• Prepare and coordinate payment for monthly or ad hoc invoices, payments in accordance with policy and procedures.
