Ravenswood Gold is offering an Environmental Traineeship focused on learning from professionals while contributing to monitoring and reporting across air, water, soils and waste streams. The role includes a pathway to a nationally-recognised qualification and a culture of teamwork and community partnership on site.

The trainee will gain hands-on field experience, mentorship from senior staff and exposure to Environmental Management Systems, with study time built into the work week.

Formación

• Completed year 12 or a Certificate III level (Mandatory eligibility to enroll in Undergraduate Certificate in Environmental Studies).

Responsabilidades

• Absolute commitment to safety and site safety standards.
• Under supervision, monitor and sample air, surface water, groundwater, soils, sediments, potable water and wastewater.
• Assist with Environmental Management System development and work instructions.
• Support reporting programs including NGERS, NPI, weekly/monthly reporting and permit returns.
• Participate in training, area inspections, contractor management and incident investigations.
• Assist with coordinating and developing environmental projects and other duties as required.
