Job summary

Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre invites an experienced Tours Manager to lead our Touring Department, overseeing daily operations, product development, sales growth and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead Tour Guides, Team Leaders and Coordinators, shaping authentic Indigenous experiences and ensuring strong commercial outcomes.

A Cert IV in Tourism (Tour Guiding), Senior First Aid, and a Blue Card are preferred, with a passion for Indigenous culture and

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in tourism, hospitality, or cultural experiences.
• Ability to develop new cultural touring products and experiences.
• Strong relationships with industry contacts and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily touring activities with Tours Team Leaders.
• Provide authentic cultural experiences to MGCC guests.
• Develop new cultural touring products and experiences.
• Lead MGCC’s Cultural Reference Group.
• Coordinate familiarisations and media requests with Sales Relations Officer.
