Job summary

1300 Apprentice is seeking a Personal Banker Trainee to join a welcoming team in Ballina. This Indigenous traineeship offers hands-on banking experience and a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification over 12 months.

You will work full-time in a supportive branch environment, learn from experienced Personal Bankers, and develop customer service and sales skills while gaining knowledge of retail banking products. Mentors will support you throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent.
• Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.
• Recognised within their community.

Responsibilities

• Work full-time in a supportive branch environment.

• Learn directly from experienced Personal Bankers.
