The Balanced Self Clinic on the Central Coast, NSW is seeking Registered or Clinical Psychologists to join as independent contractors in a part-time capacity. Two subcontracted clinicians will share the caseload, offering genuine clinical autonomy, premium rooms, and a generous percentage split in a collaborative team.

Successful applicants will bring evidence-based practice, holistic care, and strong communication with referrers and allied health professionals.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident for tax purposes.
• Current Professional Indemnity Insurance and ABN.
• Portfolio of evidence-based interventions with a holistic lens.
• Exemplary professional presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working within a small bespoke team.
• Confident working with a diverse range of presentations.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic, evidence-based treatment to clients.
• Communicate with GPs, dieticians and allied health colleagues to ensure wrap-around care for clients via phone and letters where required.
• Engage in peer consultation and connection in your professional practice.
• Work with a diverse range of presentations utilising evidence-based, holistic modalities that treat the whole person.
