Job summary

Fitness First Black Label Double Bay is launching a flagship Personal Training offering in Sydney's Double Bay. You will operate your own PT business inside a premium club, delivering high-quality coaching and helping members achieve results while building a personal brand and client base.

You’ll have the autonomy to set your own rates, manage your schedule and participate in sales, marketing and business development activities, supported by mentoring and a 12-week program to grow your practice,

Qualifications

• Certificate III and IV in Fitness are required for employment.
• Current First Aid and CPR are mandatory.
• Appropriate fitness registration and insurance.
• ABN and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding coaching and create memorable member experiences.
• Build reputation and grow your business with a new membership community.
• Connect with new members through consultations and body composition scans.
• Generate leads and grow client base through structured activities.
• Set your own rates, manage your schedule and build your personal brand.
• Participate in sales, marketing and business development activities.
