Job summary

Vision Personal Training is seeking ambitious Personal Trainers in Sydney's Five Dock to join a high-performance team. You’ll start with guaranteed income from week one, with zero rent expenses and paid mentorship in your first three months, plus ongoing development and sales incentives.

You’ll train a diverse clientele, lead 1:1 sessions, run group classes, and build a strong client base while progressing on our career path toward studio management or ownership.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness and fitness industry credentials.
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• WWC Check (Working with Children).
• Boxing for Fitness Accreditation and fitness knowledge.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow with us.
• Genuine interest in nutrition and macronutrients.
• Personal training experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead personalised 1:1 training sessions with clients.
• Conduct group training sessions to build community.
• Provide coaching and accountability to help clients reach goals.
• Grow your client base and develop skills for growth opportunities.
• Progress along career path toward management or studio ownership.
• Participate in weekly team training and client events.
